Pointe-à-Pitre, Guadeloupe

En mai 2017, le Comité International des Peuples Noirs (CIPN) dépose une plainte contre l’État français et demande la constitution d'un comité d'experts chargé d'examiner l'étendue du préjudice et le besoin de réparation liés à l'histoire de l'esclavage sous la domination française.Déposée devant le Tribunal de Grande Instance de Basse-Terre, la plainte fait écho à celle déposée par le Mouvement International pour les Réparations en Martinique.
